In order to get married in Australia:
1. You must not be currently married.
2. You must not be marrying an immediate family member.
3. You must be able to understand what marriage means and freely give your consent to marry.
4. You must be adults (18+)
5. You must give at least one month's notice before your ceremony. After booking, we will walk you through the 'Notice of Intended Marriage' which is a simple legal form that needs to be completed and signed at least one month before your wedding day.
6. Agree to the Service Agreement
ULURU SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
1. If you wish to hire an additional professional photographer it will be your responsibility to apply for the appropriate permits.
2. We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the lands on which we conduct our ceremonies. We pay our respects to ancestors and Elders, past and present. We are committed to honouring Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ unique cultural and spiritual relationships to the land, waters and seas and their rich contribution to society.
3. We are not responsible for travel, accomodation, or managing the specifc locations where you wish to marry.
