By completing this enrollment, I acknowledge and agree that:

• I authorize Marquetta Ives to process my selected payment
• Payments are strictly non-refundable
• Failure to complete payments does not cancel my financial obligation
• Access to sessions or materials may be suspended for missed payments
• Enrollment may be transferred once to a future cohort with written notice prior to program completion
• Results are not guaranteed and depend on your participation and implementation
• All program materials remain the intellectual property of the Provider
By completing your enrollment, you agree not to dispute, reverse, or initiate a chargeback for any payments associated with this program.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, you understand that:
• Immediate access to all coaching sessions, materials, and resources will be suspended.
• The remaining balance of the program may become due immediately.
• The account may be sent to collections or pursued through legal means to recover unpaid funds, including any associated fees.
