There is a Firebirds, Wood Fired Grill in the parking lot, and many restaurants in the vicinity available for delivery. Starbucks, Another Broken Egg, McAlister's are all at the same intersection.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

I understand that things come up, however due to my commitments to the hotel and purchasing supplies for the event, registration fees are nonrefundable after April 1, 2026 unless I can find someone to take the spot. Room fees follow hotel policy. Those that are ineligible for refunded fees will still receive table gifts.

 

Room Block Available: Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday, $144 plus tax - Friday/Saturday $179 plus tax. (The Carmel Marathon is the same weekend so this is the best rate they would offer me.)

Please make your reservations by March 16, 2026 to receive your group rate. 

Reservations made after this date will be subject to prevailing rates and availability.

Suites are not eligible for any discount - but if you book outside the link, please let me know so I can get credit for the room in my counts.
