Cancellation Policy
Your $600 deposit secures your place in the retreat. This deposit reflects the financial commitment made on your behalf to Hope Springs and the preparation required to hold this container. If you need to cancel after committing to the retreat, please do so as soon as possible.
If your place cannot be filled:
- Prior to April 1: 50% of payments beyond the deposit will be refunded, minus processing fees.
- After April 1: No refunds will be issued
If I am able to fill your place:
- 70% of all payments made, including your deposit, will be refunded.
Because this retreat is intentionally limited to 17 participants, cancellations significantly impact the integrity and financial viability of the gathering. Thank you for understanding and honoring the commitment required to hold this space.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed as soon as possible. In some cases, confirmation of whether your place has been filled may not occur until the time of the retreat.
Billing Policies:
Payment Options: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
General Policies: If paying in installments, you are responsible for keeping all credit card details and contact information current to keep your account in good standing. Please email julie@midlife-evolution to update your billing information.
Billing Disputes: In the unlikely event of a disagreement between us regarding your services or deliverables, you agree to make a good faith attempt for 30 days to communicate with Midlife Evolution LLC prior to initiating a chargeback.
Delinquency Policies: If the credit card is declined, we will continue to attempt to charge the card on file every 3 days for 30 days (up to 10 times). We will attempt to notify you for updated contact information.
Returned Item Fee: There is a $50.00 insufficient funds check fee for returned checks in addition to the amount still due.
