Cancellation & Payment Policy

A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot and selected lodging option.

The remaining balance will be invoiced separately and is due by March 15, 2026. Failure to submit the remaining balance by this date may result in forfeiture of your spot and deposit.

Cancellations made before March 15, 2026 will receive a refund of any amount paid beyond the $300 deposit.

Cancellations made on or after March 15, 2026 are non-refundable unless your spot is filled by another participant.

In the unlikely event the retreat must be canceled due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, all payments will be refunded in full.

Within 24 hours of registration, you will receive a separate invoice for your remaining balance.

The remaining balance is due by March 15, 2026.

A reminder will be sent prior to the due date if your balance has not yet been paid.

Spots are not reserved until the deposit is received.
