This release applies to every child whose name appears on this registration form. By signing below, I confirm that I am the legal parent/guardian of each listed child and that this release applies to them collectively and individually. I understand that camp activities may include physical activity, outdoor exploration, and other recreational programs. I accept full responsibility for evaluating the risks of participation and agree to release the camp and representatives from any claims arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
