  • Camp United is coming July 26–30 for children completing 2nd–6th grade this spring. It’s a week packed with fun, friendships, worship, and time in God’s Word your child won’t forget.

    A $75 deposit is required to secure registration, or you may pay the full $185 at the time of sign-up. If you choose the deposit option, the remaining balance will be due by May 1.

    2. All medication must be in the original pharmacy bottle with medication name and dosage instructions. Camp Nurse will oversee medications for the week.

  • Consent and Authorization

    Parent/guardian must provide consent for participation and emergency treatment.
  • Upon submission of this 2026 Camp United Registration Form, you will receive links to both the Camp United Consent and Release Form and the PLC Camper Registration Form (from Pickett Lake Camp).

    The Consent and Release Form must be printed, signed, and notarized. The completed and notarized form must be returned to Calvary Baptist Church or Cornerstone Community Church no later than May 1.

    The PLC Camper Registration Form must also be completed in full.

    Registration will only be considered confirmed once all four requirements have been completed and received:

    1. This Camp United Registration Form
    2. The notarized Consent and Release Form
    3. The completed PLC Camper Registration Form
    4. Full payment of camp fees ($185) by May 1
