Texas Clay Festival Jury Application

Jury Deadline:

• Application, Images & Jury Fee ($40) MUST be submitted by March, 23rd
• Jury Notification will be emailed by April 25th

Jury Requirements: 

• You must reside in the state of Texas to be eligible to apply for this show.
• All work you submit must be your original work.
• All images must use a neutral background 
• All images must be named correctly (Your last name-01, 02, 03, & 04)
• NO people or signs with artist names in ANY of the photos.
• A panel of people will judge the photographs you present for consideration.
• Please be sure to submit clear pictures that accurately portray your work.

FAQ’s about TCF:

• Artist must set up their booth on Friday afternoon
• Show hours: Oct 25th: Sat 10 am - 6 pm / Oct 26th: Sun 10 am - 5 pm
• Booth Fee $550
• Booth size 10 x 10 

IMAGE GUIDELINES:

• ALL images MUST be anonymous - (no booth names or people visible in ANY of the photos)
• The 4 images of your work MUST be on a neutral/solid background. 
• You must submit all 5 images;
  • 4 of your work
  • 1 of your booth with artwork on display - Booth image is mandatory
• Size of image: the longest side must be between 900 and 1200 pixels
• Format images as jpeg or jpg
• Title images with your last name & number 01-05 (example: YOURNAME-01)
• The images will be shown to the jury in the numerical order that you have named them, so pick your order carefully.
• Booth image MUST be the labeled YOURNAME-05
• All items MUST be included; incomplete submissions WILL NOT be considered

NOTE: Competition is stiff. Please be aware …. Good quality images and making sure that the images are anonymous is imperative for our jury process.
