Dear Prospective NBPA Job Fair Participant:
We cordially invite you to participate in the National Black Prosecutors Association’s (NBPA) Annual Job Fair, which will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at the Rosen Plaza Hotel in Orlando, Florida. The goal of the NBPA Job Fair is to provide a forum where prospective employers can easily access highly qualified candidates from across the country.
Established in 1983, the NBPA is a professional member organization comprised of over 800 prosecutors in the United States. Our mission is to recruit, train, and advance the careers of minority attorneys as prosecutors at all levels of government. Our annual convention serves not only as a job fair forum, but more importantly, as a comprehensive legal training program for prosecutors.
The NBPA Job Fair begins at 8:00 am with registration and check-in. Interviews commence at 9:00 am. Information about each interviewing employer will be included in the NBPA Job Fair materials. In addition to an interview schedule, participants will benefit from networking opportunities with leaders in prosecutors offices including chief prosecutors. A NBPA Job Fair Reception will take place after the job fair ends on Tuesday evening.
The early registration fee for the NBPA Job Fair is free for law students and 2026 law school graduates, and $25 for experienced attorneys. Starting June 1st, the regular NBPA Job Fair registration fee is $25 for law students and 2026 law school graduates, and $75 for experienced attorneys. Registration closes on July 1st.
To register for the NBPA Job Fair, please complete the following applicant registration form.
The 43rd Annual Conference will run from July 13, 2026 to July 17, 2026. The NBPA Job Fair attendees are welcome to attend the entire conference. Please note registration for the Annual NBPA conference is separate from the NBPA Job Fair registration.
