I agree to forever hold Miss Tennessee Volunteer, its directors, volunteers, staff and committee members and the facility harmless of any and all claims and damages or liabilities due to theft, accident, loss or injury during or resulting from my entrant’s participation in the Little Miss Tennessee Volunteer and/or Miss Preteen Volunteer Pageants or any activity/event.
By signing this agreement, I give permission to Miss Tennessee Volunteer to forever use my entrant’s photographs, speeches, testimonials, videos, etc. for purposes and future material without compensation. I understand that Miss Tennessee Volunteer is not responsible for any prizes or awards that are forfeited by sponsors
By signing this agreement, I agree that the contestant is competing in the age division according to her birthdate as of July 15, 2026. I understand that appropriate behavior is required at all times by parents and contestants with penalty of disqualification.
I understand there will be a $50 service charge for all returned checks and that all unpaid checks will be reported to the County District Attorney’s Office.
Tickets for the night are $40 each and will be available the night of the pageant.
As the parent (legal guardian) of the named participant in the Little Miss Tennessee Volunteer and Miss Preteen Volunteer pageants, I do hereby agree to abide by the rules and regulations, directives and provisions for contestants as set forth by Miss Tennessee Volunteer and understand that all judges’ decisions are final. I represent and acknowledge that I have read this agreement regarding my obligations with respect to participation in the Little Miss Tennessee Volunteer and Miss Preteen Volunteer pageants, non-refund of fees, the return of crowns and sashes and conflict of interests.
