2026 Before & After Summer Camp Registration

Hello, Families and Friends,

Columbia Independent School will provide optional, fee-based before- and after-Camp child care for students enrolled in the CIS Summer Programs 2026. This service will provide a safe, caring, and convenient environment and follow the CIS established morning and after-school childcare protocols.

BEFORE-CAMP CHILDCARE

TIME: 7:30 AM — 8:30 AM

DATES:

Summer Enrichment: June 1 – June 5, 2026
Lions Academy: June 8 – June 18, 2026 (CIS will be closed on Friday, June 19, in observance of Juneteenth.)

GRADES: All students attending Summer Enrichment or Lions Academy.

FEES: $60 per child/per week – (Non-refundable and non-transferable)

Columbia Independent School reserves the right to cancel this service if the enrollment minimum is not met.

LEGO Club — AFTER-CAMP CHILDCARE

The LEGO Club offers after-camp childcare, engaging children in open-ended LEGO challenges and free-building activities designed to foster creativity, innovation, and critical thinking. Through group projects and team-building exercises, your child will develop collaboration skills, enhancing their ability to communicate, share, and cooperate with peers. Additionally, they will be introduced to fundamental engineering, math, and science concepts through hands-on LEGO activities that promote spatial awareness, fine motor skills, and logical reasoning.

TIME: 3:30 PM — 5:00 PM

DATES:

Registration Fee Summary

Before-Camp Childcare Fee: $60 per child, per week (non-refundable and non-transferable)

LEGO Club After-Camp Childcare Fee: $80 per child, per week (non-refundable and non-transferable)

Before-Camp & LEGO Club After-Camp Childcare Fee: $125 per child, per week (non-refundable and non-transferable)

Withdraw date/refund schedule is as follows:

Withdraw by May 1 — You will not be charged
Withdraw between May 2 - May 15 — You will be charged 50% of the fee.
Withdraw After May 15 — You will be charged 100% of the fee

If paying by credit card, the original processing fees will not be included in the refund amount.

Columbia Independent School reserves the right to cancel any childcare services if the enrollment minimum is not met.

PAYMENT:

All Before- and After-Camp Childcare charges will be added to your FACTS account and are due by June 1.
