Services are considered rendered once the booth is held and made available on the selected event date, regardless of attendance duration or arrival time.

Refund Policy
All booth deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE once booked.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or disputes after services have been rendered.All booth deposits become non-refundable immediately upon confirmation of booking.

Chargeback Policy
Any chargeback filed after services have been rendered will be formally disputed with supporting documentation, including proof of service and customer acknowledgment.
