Clone of 2025 Violet Crown Festival Artist Application

  • The Violet Crown Festival is a juried art fair; we reserve the right to ensure diversity in vendor products.  Please note that artists in the Brentwood/Crestview neighborhoods will be given first consideration.

    For 2026, our festival date is Saturday, May 2nd, with the event running from 10am to 5pm. We'll be set up in Brentwood Park at 6700 Arroyo Seco, just north of Brentwood Elementary School.

    Application and payment deadline

    • $60.00 for vendors residing within the geographic confines of Crestview, Brentwood, Allandale, Wooten, Skyview, Rosedale, or Highland neightborhoods
    • $75 for all other vendors

    Initial jurying will take place the first week of April. There are 50 spaces. If they are not filled in the initial jurying additional applications will be accepted.

    Applicants will not be considered without accompanying payment.   PayPal refunds will be issued to those who are not selected.

    Please attach one or more photos for promotion on Facebook and other social media. It can be a product or booth photo.

  • The undersigned artist releases and holds harmless the Violet Crown Festival, Violet Crown Community Works, the property owners, event sponsors and organizers. The undersigned waives all rights, without limit upon liability for use of their property and facilities. And further agrees that failure to abide by all festival rules will lead to immediate expulsion from Violet Crown Festival with no reimbursement or legal recourse whatsoever. Artists will be responsible for collecting and paying sales tax
