After submitting this Apostille Request Form, you will receive a confirmation email that includes:

• Your Apostille Order Number
• Instructions for mailing original documents (if required)
• A referral link to Idiomatics Translations for certified translation services

You may use any certified translator of your choice.

Please note:

• Translation services are provided directly by the translation provider.
• You will contract and pay the translator separately.
• White Rose Notary Services does not review, certify, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or compliance of any translation.
• The translator is responsible for ensuring proper certification format for apostille submission.

Apostille processing will begin once all required original documents and certified translations are received.
