All vendors will be placed at the discretion of the LIA.
We will attempt to put you in the most populated areas of the festival site
for maximum exposure.
We will work with you on tent placement, but be prepared for a grassy or cement surface.
Vendors must provide their own tent, table & chairs (12x12 maximum size of tent). If your tent is larger than 12x12, or you require more space, you will be required to pay for 2 booth spaces.
Vendor Rules:
✓ All vendors applying for a craft/ethnic souvenir booth must have AUTHENTIC ethnic itemsthat they will be selling.
✓ All eligibility for a craft booth will be determined by the LIA committee.
✓ If additional merchandise that was not indicated with original application is presented at vendor’s craft booth during the festival, the LIA reserves the right to ask for removal of such merchandise. No offensive items to be displayed or sold. The LIA has 100% right to eliminate said items from your vendor booth.
✓ No food or beverage items are to be sold by any craft vendor. No alcohol.
✓ All vendorsmustmaintain the cleanliness of their booth area and are responsible for cleaning up allthe garbage in and around booth at closing each night. Your booth must be staffed at all times.
✓ No balloons are allowed per Lorain Port Authority regulations.
At the sole discretion of the Lorain International Association, failure to abide by any of the above could/will result in any or all of the following: Booth closing and ejection of vendor during the bazaar-with no reimbursements to vendor. Elimination of vendor at all future Lorain International Bazaars.
