This one-day event will be held in one of our parking lot fields, which allows you to park right at your space, making for an easy set-up and tear-down. Markets will be advertised through social media, mailing lists, and flyers. website: www.shopthepeddler.com

Option 1: 20' x 20' for $50. These spaces will have extra space next to them for one trailer or vehicle to park.

Option 2: 10' x 10' for $25. Vendor parking is not guaranteed next to your space.

Fees must be paid to hold your space. 

Set-up: Grounds will be open for set-up on Friday, 1-7, and Saturday at 7am. Please be advised that you will most likely be waiting to set up if you come to set-up Saturday morning at/after 8 am. Vendors are responsible for cleaning their area after the event and throwing trash in the dumpster. You may be charged a $50 clean-up fee for any trash left at your booth site.

Your payment confirms your spot reserved in the market(s).

The vendor and his/her agent (s) and assigns agree hereby to indemnify and hold harmless Prairie Peddler Festival, Inc. its shareholders, officers and employees, and the owner of the underlying real property, from any losses, claims, damages, theft, actions, liabilities, expenses or causes of actions whatsoever to the vendor and his/her agents, assigns, employees and customers arising from the
exhibitors' participation in the Prairie Peddler Festival. Prairie Peddler Festival, Inc. shall not be responsible for any act of commission or omission of the exhibitor and his/her agent (s) and employees. The vendor agrees that this is not a lease but only allows the Vendor to use the space provided for the duration of the market. Any litigation arising from this contract shall be venued in Erie County, Ohio, and
is subject to local laws and regulations. All of the above and the rules and guidelines must be observed. The Prairie Peddler Festival, Inc. reserves the right to have offenders of any of these rules and guidelines removed from the market without a refund. The market is a juried event and reserves the right to accept or reject any vendor based on its selection process. I have read the above and the rules and guidelines and agree to the terms and conditions set forth therein.
