Parade Float/Entry Length Disclosure and Placement Agreement and Acknowledgment

I understand that accurate length information (including tow vehicle, trailer, and any additional components) is required for proper parade lineup and street placement.

I acknowledge that if the total length of my parade entry is entered incorrectly or exceeds the length submitted during registration, event organizers reserve the right to reposition my entry toward the back of the parade lineup due to street length and staging restrictions.

I understand that this policy ensures safety, proper spacing, and smooth parade operations, and I agree to comply with placement decisions made by parade officials.
