- Candidates must live in McLean County, go to school in McLean County, or participate in a McLean County 4-H Club & meet the age requirements below (See Rules/Code of Conduct for complete eligibility guidelines)
- Junior Miss: Ages 10-13 (age as of June 1, 2026)
- Application is available for preview & will be open for submissions April 6, 2026
- Submissions capped at 12 candidates on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Deadline: May 1, 2026 at 5:00 pm (or when all 12 slots are filled)
