Policies
Registration to fill classes will be in the order that fees are received.
When your fees are received, then you are considered registered.
Registration deadline is one week before the course starts -
unless otherwise stated.
Any additional supply fees indicated will be paid to the instructor at
the first class.
In the event that the required number of registrants is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the class up to one day prior to the starting date.
Payments for classes cancelled by the CVA will be fully refunded.
If start dates are changed, students will be notified and given the
option to withdraw from the class. (Unless start is postponed due to weather).
A full refund less a $20.00 admin. fee will be given to registrants canceling at least 8 days prior to the class start date.
Please note: Due to the nature of our operation there will be absolutely no refunds given after the 8 day period before the starting date of a class.
All withdrawals must be made in writing and sent to
Course Registrar.
