COVID & WITHDRAWAL:

COVID19 EXCEPTION! Refunds will be issued for specific weeks that WE cancel due to the virus based on government restrictions, other acts of God or insufficient enrollment. Otherwise, there are NO EXCEPTIONS to the following payment/refund policy!

Withdrawal Policy: As a courtesy, families are asked to provide 30 days’ written notice before withdrawing from KinderPlay™. This allows us time to plan appropriately and offer the space to another family.

Additionally, a child will no longer be permitted to attend classes if he/she has shown over time to be a clear danger or distraction to other children due to poor, unregulated behavior which requires more attention than can be provided without compromising the academic growth, health or safety of other children. A dismissal of this nature will only be used as a last resort (if all other means to help the child control his or her behavior have failed) and after a discussion between the program administrator and the parent/guardian.

Communication & Policy Agreement

By enrolling in Aspire, families acknowledge that they have reviewed and agreed to Aspire’s policies regarding enrollment, withdrawals, refunds, and student conduct. Families agree to address concerns directly with Aspire administration before making public statements and to avoid publishing false or misleading claims regarding clearly disclosed policies.
