Calling all young makers, creators, and mini entrepreneurs! 🌟

Does your child love being creative and have an entrepreneurial spirit? Do they dream of selling their handmade items, treats, art, or fun creations and making money doing what they love? Then our Kids Market is the perfect event for them!

Join us on Saturday, March 28th from 11:00AM–2:00PM for a market designed just for kids ages 5–15. This is an amazing opportunity for kids to showcase their talents, gain confidence, and connect with other like-minded young entrepreneurs.

All participants must be accompanied by an adult.

After submitting your registration, Marcie from The Wild Grove Collective will be reaching out with your approval status and additional event details. Please note that all applications will be reviewed to ensure a fun and diverse market experience. If your child is not approved for any reason (such as a duplicate type of business/product), you will be notified as soon as possible and a full refund will be issued using the same payment method originally used.

Please note: only 6-foot tables will be allowed for vendor setup. Participants are responsible for bringing all setup items they may need, including tables, chairs, tablecloths, signage, and any display materials.

Kids Market Participation Agreement & Liability Waiver

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Voluntary Participation: I am voluntarily allowing my child to participate in the Kids Market event hosted at The Wild Grove Collective, located at 510 Main Street, Woodland, CA.

Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in this event may involve setting up a booth, handling products, interacting with the public, and being in a busy market environment. I assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, loss, or damage that may arise during participation, whether caused by my child, myself, or others.

Health & Safety: I affirm that my child is in good physical condition and does not suffer from any condition that would prevent safe participation. I agree that my child and I will follow all rules, guidelines, and instructions provided by event staff to ensure safety for all participants and guests.

Adult Supervision Requirement: I understand that all children participating in the Kids Market must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times during the event. I accept full responsibility for my child’s safety, supervision, and behavior.

Personal Property: I understand that The Wild Grove Collective is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items, products, money, or booth materials.

Release of Liability: I release, waive, and hold harmless The Wild Grove Collective, its owners, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or actions resulting from participation in the Kids Market event.
