I assume all risks and hazards to being on the field, incidental to all participation and do forever RELEASE, acquit, discharge, and covenant to hold harmless The Drip Mission LLC, any volunteers, and their representatives, from any and all liability from any and all actions, causes of action, and claims for any injury or damage, and any and all liability for any such injury or damage.

I hereby authorize the personnel of The Drip Mission LLC to take any necessary steps for the required medical treatment for myself. I hereby release The Drip Mission LLC and its personnel from any and all liability for any medical treatment decisions made for the treatment of myself
