Subscription Terms and Acknowledgement
I understand that all vases and rental vessels remain the property of Flora by April and will be exchanged or collected at the next scheduled delivery. Lost, damaged, or unreturned vessels will be invoiced at replacement cost.
I understand this is a recurring floral subscription with a 3 month minimum and that delivery is included.
During peak floral holidays (February, May, and December), arrangements will include a seasonal market adjustment of 20% due to increased wholesale pricing and product demand.
This form collects payment information to reserve your subscription request.

No charges will be processed until subscription details are reviewed, approved, and confirmed in writing via email.

This is done after we confirm availability, finalize pricing based on size, frequency, delivery distance, and if premium florals are added.

An invoice will be sent with the first payment.
