    Early Bird Submission Deadline April 22, 2026

    The 13th LIC Arts Open festival will include art exhibitions, events, performances, workshops, and of course Open Studios!  The festival will run from May 13-17, 2026, with Open Studios on Saturday and Sunday, May 16+17 from noon to 6:00pm.

    Sign up to have your studio listed in the May 2026 Open Studios and take advantage of these benefits:

    • Have a personal webpage to promote your artwork & contact info on the LIC-A/LIC Arts Open page
    • Your studio listing will appear in the online festival map as well as in the printed map/directory during LIC Arts Open
    • Enjoy the LIC Arts Open Kickoff party dedicated to the LIC Arts Open Artists with special guest speakers and performances
    • Participate in the many popup exhibitions, openings and events during the Arts Open
    • Have fun showing off your art and studio to festival visitors and potential new clients!

    Your submission fee helps cover event promotion, including publicity, street signage, social media marketing, and listing your information on our website and in the printed map/brochure.

    Be sure to apply by April 22 to take advantage of the Early Bird rate of $25—and to be eligble to receive a personalized video of your studio featured on our social media channels. After April 22, the submission fee will increase to $35.

  • This form is to sign up for the LIC OPEN STUDIOS in MAY 2026 ONLY. There will be different forms to apply for events or exhibitions submissions.

    Note: We are offering a limited number of fee waivers for Open Studios. We need all sorts of volunteer help for the Arts Open: exhibition installation, cleanup, gallery sitting, social media help, distributing flyers, and more.  If you would like to apply for a fee waiver, skip the below form for now and email us at info@licartists.org with Subject: LIC Open Studios Fee Waiver Request.  Be sure to include the reason for the waiver request, your name, studio address, and primary art medium, and let us know where you could help out to support the five-day festival.

  • Upload six images of your work for your Artist Page in the LIC Arts Open website.  Your Image1 will be the primary image used as your artist's icon.

    Special Note: The submission fees below are the early bird prices.  After the early bird deadline of April 22nd the submission fees will increase by at least $10.00.
