Registration Deadlines for Individual Artists

March 1 - March 15, 2026 - registration early bird fee of $250
March 16 -April 15, 2026 - registration regular fee of $300
April 16 - April 30, 2026 - registration regular fee of $300 extended

Your images and artist statement must be uploaded as well as the demo / programming (optinal) filled out at the time the form is completed in order for your registration to be accepted.

Alternative Sites and Hosting Other Artists at Your Location

Are you interested in participating, but don’t have a studio or prefer to show your work somewhere other than in your studio? We have a few locations available.

If you are participating at your own site and would like to host other artists, please contact Klara to let her know how many artists you can host, and she will put you on the Host List. If you need a site, please contact Klara to find out who is hosting others. The maximum number of artists at any one location is six.

Artwork Images*

Please upload at least one or up to four high-resolution, horizontal, digital images of your work with the proportions of 1.5 : 1 in .jpg, .jpeg or .png file format. The images will be used in the Magazine Guide and in promotional advertising. The artwork pictured in your images does not need to be available for sale, the images are a representation of your work. Digital image files should be a total of no less than 1,000 pixels, and no greater than 1,200 pixels, on the longest dimension. Files can be saved in RGB or CMYK mode and in .jpg, .jpeg or .png file format. Images provided as RGB will be converted to CMYK and no color corrections will be made. Vertical, square and round images will be cropped to fit the catalog format. Some cropping may occur to horizontal images as well.

2026 Open Studios Art Tour (OSAT)

I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:

To open my studio and be present from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both days of the weekend(s) of my participation.

That the images submitted with my application may be used for promotion of the event (Arts4MC website, OSAT Magazine Guide, Mobile App, partners organizations' social media etc.)

That all promotional materials that I develop for OSAT, including postcards, e-mails, and my website will include the OSAT logo.

I agree to help with Magazine Guide distribution to hotels, bookstores, libraries, coffee shops, etc., and/or promoting on social media.

Track the number and city of residence of my visitors.

Track the amount of sales from the tour, which will be kept confidential.

To indemnify, defend and hold harmless Arts4MC, and its officers, agents, and employees for any and all liabilities, claims, errors, omissions, losses, accidents, and expenses, including attorney's fees and court costs in any manner caused by, arising out of, or in connection with, either directly or indirectly, the OSAT event. I acknowledge that I have been advised that my OSAT site should have appropriate liability and other insurance, that I should obtain any necessary city licenses, and that I am taking full responsibility for opening to the public.

That I’m aware that a $100 administration fee will be deducted from all registration fee refunds; and that refunds will not be made after 4/30/2026.

You are welcome to participate one weekend or two. There is no additional cost to participate both weekends unless you will be located at a different location each weekend. The fee for two locations is your base fee plus 50%. If you are planning to participate at two different locations each weekend contact Klara at klara@arts4mc.org

Note: Please add info@arts4mc.org to your contact list, so that you’re sure to receive emails about the Tour, Workshops, the Tour Exhibition, and other important details related to participating in the Tour. Please also check your spam folder regularly to make sure messages aren’t going there.
