I understand that vendor fees are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE.
I understand that if the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances I will have the opportunity to have my acceptance roll over to the next available date. RAIN OR SHINE EVENT!
BOOTH SET-UP: Vendors are responsible for their entire booth setup: tables, chairs, umbrellas, tents, wagon, cash, payment methods, power source, etc. We can not guarantee access to a power outlet. If you need electricity, please bring a generator. For night markets, remember to bring lighting for your booth!
REFUND POLICY: REFUNDS will NOT be issued for any reason. We will plan for rain or shine, but if weather cancels a market last minute, then and only then can you use your booth fee as a credit towards a future event. In the event of a cancellation on the vendor's part after the application is a submitted, there will be a $50 cancellation fee.
LIABILITY: SHOP SMALL SOIREE, its owner and its venue partners will not be responsible for any damage or loss to the vendor property, injury to, or death of the vendor.
SHOP SMALL SOIREE IS NOT responsible for ensuring sales. Meeting sales goals is the sole responsibility of the vendor. The vendor holds themselves accountable for all risks involved, including loss, damage, liability, or injury from any cause. The vendor releases and waives any claims against SHOP SMALL SOIREE, its owners, and its venue partners related to the previously mentioned statements.
ALL VENDORS must have an active & public social media account; IG or TikTok. Following count does not matter. We're looking for vendors with a positive & fun attitude!
PROMOTION IS MANDATORY for all vendors! This means promoting on all your social media platforms & sharing word of mouth with family and friends. Only you can reach out to your clientelle, family, & friends and let them know where you are vending
ALL set up time, information, and reminders will be sent to all vendors via email as we get closer to the event date. Please note that there is NO early breakdown/departure and that you are required to stay the full event time frame.
ALL VENDORS must clean up their area before departing, no bulky trash allowed in the trash bins.
