- Camp Victory Participation & Consent Agreement
  
  I permit for my child to participate in Camp Victory activities, which may include outdoor games, sports, arts and crafts, water activities, and field trips supervised by camp staff.
  
  I confirm that my child is in good health and that any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs have been disclosed in the registration form.
  
  Field Trip Consent
  I permit for my child to participate in any scheduled Camp Victory field trips. I understand that transportation may include walking, buses, or other supervised transportation arranged by Camp Victory staff.
  
  Medical Authorization
  In the event of an emergency, and I cannot be reached, I authorize Camp Victory staff to obtain medical treatment for my child.
  
  Insurance Acknowledgment
  I understand that Camp Victory does not provide medical insurance coverage for campers and that I am responsible for any medical expenses that may occur.
  
  Photo & Media Consent
  I give permission for Camp Victory to photograph or record my child during camp activities and to use these images or videos for camp-related purposes, including newsletters, promotional materials, and social media.
  
  Release of Liability
  I release and hold harmless Camp Victory, LLC, its staff, and representatives from claims related to participation in camp activities.
  
  By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to these terms.

- At Camp Victory, our goal is to create a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all campers. By registering your child, you acknowledge and agree to the following expectations.
  
  Campers are expected to:
  - Follow directions from camp staff
  - Treat others with respect and kindness
  - Take responsibility for their actions
  - Care for camp property and personal belongings
  - Use appropriate language and behavior
  Electronic devices are discouraged at camp, and campers are responsible for any items they bring.
  
  The following behaviors may result in disciplinary action or dismissal from camp:
  - Bullying, aggression, or violence
  - Inappropriate physical contact
  - Profanity or offensive language
  - Possession of weapons, illegal substances, tobacco, or alcohol
  - Damaging property or unsafe behavior
  - Endangering themselves or others
  Camp staff may address behavior concerns through redirection, communication with parents, documentation, early pickup, or dismissal from camp if necessary. Camp fees are non-refundable if dismissal occurs due to behavioral issues.
  
  By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the Camp Victory behavior guidelines and agree to support these expectations.
