  • This market is for Pre-Loved Items ONLY.

    We are accepting all types of Pre-Loved items, such as (but not limited to):-

    • Vintage Items
    • Clothing (womens, mens & children)
    • Accessories (hats, shoes, jewellery etc)
    • Homewares
    • Gardenwares / Outdoor / Tools
    • Books / Games / Toys
    • Bric a Brac

     Please see our Artisan Market if you wish to sell new and Handmade Products.

  • Public Liability Insurance

    It is a requirement of Redlands Coast Collective Markets and the Market Terms & Conditions that all Stall Holders have Public Liability Insurance and provide a Certificate of Currency of Insurance to the Market Organiser prior to Market date. All Stall Holders are required to have a minimum of $20 million Public Liability Insurance.

  • INSURANCE

    Your Stall fee includes insurance under our cover.  However you must abide by ALL our Terms & Conditions and Safety requriements to be covered.  Not following our Terms & Conditions voids any cover.

  • Food Licence

    It is a requirement of Sirromet Winery (the venue), Redlands Coast Collective Markets and the Market Terms & Conditions that any Food Vendor must supply a copy of their current Food Licence if applicable.

    Situated Undercover on concrete, may be subject to sun & rain.

    Site is 2m wide x 3m deep.

    Situated Outdoors on concrete, subject to sun & rain.

  • PAYMENT OF YOUR STALL

    Stall Fees WILL be Direct Debited from your account upon Acceptance of your Application.  Your application will be reviewed within 7 days.

    An email reminder will be sent when payment is due, please ensure that sufficient funds are available at this time.

    Your stall is only confirmed once payment has been made.

    REFUNDS - No Refunds are applicable for this event.  If you are unable to attend you may request stall fees to be transferred to the next available PreLoved Market Date.  Only one transfer is allowed.

  •  MARKET INFORMATION

    • Market Runs from 9am to 1pm
    • Bump In is from 7am to 8.30am
    • Market location is Cleveland Showgrounds, Long Street, Cleveland
    • Applying for this market assumes you are available and ready to attend
    • This market is Undercover and outdoors and on Concrete - areas of this event are open to the elements (wind, sun, rain, etc)
    • If bringing a gazebo it is your responsibilty to ensure that it is appropriately weighted down and does not become a hazard
    • You will need to provide your own Gazebo (optional), tables, racks etc.  We do not have any available for hire.
    • Parking is available for stallholders on the grounds but not next to your stall
