  • Registration Information

    Greetings! Thank you for registering for the 2026 Kansas Southwest Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction AIM Conference. We’re excited to host a powerful four‑day conference designed to inspire and equip you. Below you’ll find the registration deadlines for KSW AIM. You may register up to 3 adults and 10 children; if you need to add more, just let us know. You’ll also have the option to purchase tickets for the Chairman’s Luncheon.   • T-shirt Information

    All official AIM T-shirt purchases must be made during in-person registration at any of our jurisdictional events. Please note that shirts will not be held, reserved, or guaranteed in advance. All sales will take place on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last, so we strongly encourage you to register early to secure your size. All youth Sizes will be $15. Adult sizes (up to 2X) will be $20. All Adult sizes (3X and above) will be $25. Be sure to stop by the registration area early to make your purchase and represent AIM 2026 in style!

    Ages 8-11: $15 Ages 8-11: $20 Ages 8-11: $25
    Ages 12-17: $20 Ages 12-17: $25 Ages 12-17: $30

    By submitting this registration for the 2026 Kansas Southwest Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction AIM Conference, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

    1. Individual Registration Responsibility
    By submitting this registration, you acknowledge and accept full personal responsibility and financial liability for your registration and registrants. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information submitted, adherence to conference policies and deadlines, and timely payment of all applicable fees. Any outstanding balances, requested changes, or registration-related issues for all registrants will remain the sole responsibility of the primary individual registrant.

    2. Payment Deadlines & Rate Adjustments
    All registration fees are subject to the published deadline schedule. If payment is not received within the designated time frame associated with your selected registration rate, the amount due will automatically adjust to reflect the current registration rate at the time payment is received. Failure to remit payment by the applicable deadline will result in forfeiture of any discounted or early registration pricing. All balances must be paid in full at the rate in effect on the date payment is processed. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

    3. Firm Deadlines
    All registration deadlines are final and will be enforced without exception.

For check payments, please make all checks payable to "Kansas Southwest Jurisdiction AIM" and submit them to Sister Crystal Clemons immediately after completing this form. For electronic payments, including card, Apple Pay, and other digital methods, you may complete your payment on the next page. A one-time processing fee of $3.95 will be applied to all card and electronic payments. Payments for AIM will be accepted at any Jurisdictional event.
