We know summer can be a difficult time of year so the goal is to offer an easy, affordable set up with lots of shade to cool the hot summer days. Located on Route 309 at the peak of Blue Mountain where the Appalachian trail will make its way directly thorugh the festival grounds, we will be celebrating summer in true Black Rock style.
We are currently only offering outdoor spots. Spaces are $75 for a 10x10 spot. Set up begins at 10am and the day begins at 12pm. Space to unload is tight. You may pull as close as possible but due to fencing, it will be mostly carry in. Spots vary in distance from parking so you will benefit to bring a wagon or cart. Ground is grass and gravel. Due to the mountains rocky make up, weights may be easier than stakes but please come prepared with an adequate amount of weight.
We are accepting all types of handmade and locally sourced wares from around the area. This is a celebration of our local Appalachian culture and folklore. All manner of arts & oddities, crafts & conjure are welcome. No direct sales or MLM will be accepted.
Approximately one week prior to the event you will receive an email outlining the setup process in further detail. Please keep watch of your inbox. If you have any questions, please contact Amy at blackrockeventsco@gmail.com.
