Welcome to the official registration gateway for the AEL Victorian Virtual Grand Prix student challenge!

In an exciting partnership with the Australian Grand Prix Corporation, the Australian Esports League (AEL) is bringing the high-octane world of Formula 1 to Victorian schools. This competition offers students a unique platform to showcase their precision, strategy, and digital athleticism on the virtual track, bridging the gap between grassroots gaming and professional motorsport.

The event will see students compete towards their spot at the coming Melbourne Formula 1 Grand Prix where they will race in a finals series on Thursday, 5th March live at Albert Park!

While we are working closely with schools to promote this opportunity, this registration form must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

Key Details for Parents

• Location: Kingsville Primary School, Saturday 28th February 2026.
• Entry Fee: $25 + GST ($27.50 total) per student.
• Payment: Direct payment is required via this form to secure your child’s place in the challenge.
• School Representation: Although this is a parent-led registration, all competitors must be currently enrolled in a Victorian school. You will be asked to nominate your child’s school during the sign-up process.
• What’s Included: Entry into the official Victorian F1 Esports challenge, the chance to compete for state-wide rankings, and exclusive opportunities linked to the Melbourne F1 Grand Prix.
• Age Division: This form is for the Primary division, students aged 10-12 years old.
• Qualifying spots: There are 4 qualifying spots for the finals event.
• Game Platform: The Qualifiers will play F1 24 on Game Pass (PC or Xbox in Crossplay), all equipment is provided by the AEL on Game Day.

FOR PARENTS: For each qualifying student an extra pass to the Grand Prix is won for one parent accompanying their child.

Multiple Entries: If you have multiple children you would like to enter, please do so seperately and submit a new form for each child.
