Drop-in consultation group - no commitment, get what you need and come back any time. My consultation approach is grounded in harm reduction, systems theory, cross-cultural and social-contextual perspectives, holism, mindfulness, and somatic frameworks. There will be a max of 5 participants per 1 hour group to make sure everyone has time for their questions.
