Tuition & Financial Policy: Tuition cost is determined by the specific class and is due at the time of registration. Tuition is non-refundable after the program begins, except at the discretion of For The King Church.

Media Release Consent: I grant permission to For The King Church to photograph or record me and to use such photos or recordings for ministry-related purposes.

Liability Release/Venue and Jurisdiction: I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release For The King Church, its staff, volunteers, and leadership from liability for injury, loss, or damage, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, to the fullest extent permitted by Texas law. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, and venue for any legal action shall lie exclusively in Ector County, Texas.
