Singles Event open to Hudson Valley USBC sanctioned Bowlers with averages equal to or below 175 ONLY. Bowlers who are not sanctioned with the Hudson Valley U.S.B.C. Association must pay applicable cross-over fees of $8.00/Local and $1/State.

We can accommodate a MAXIMUM of 72 Bowlers. Additional Bowlers will not be able to participate.

ENTRY DEADLINE: Reserved (prepaid) entries close 1 week prior to the Tournament. Walk-ins based on lane availability.

Format: Each Bowler will roll 4 games: “10-Pin” (standard 10-pin), “3-6-9” (Bowlers get automatic strikes in frames 3, 6 & 9), “8-PIN” NO-TAP (8-pins down = strike) & “9-PIN” NO-TAP (9-pins down = strike) – Total score of all 4 games with Handicap will determine the winners.

Participants wishing to bowl together must submit Entry Forms together in advance and indicate such. “Bowl with” may be on the adjoining pair, based on Lane capacity. Walk-ins may not request who to bowl with.

Check-In will begin 60 minutes prior to Start time.

Averages based on highest 2024-2025 winter season book average, if no average, then the highest weekly 2025-2026 average of at least 21 games will be used. This Average MUST be certified in writing by the League Secretary and be presented at Check-In at least ½ hour before bowling. Bowlers who fail to supply this information will bowl scratch with an average of 175. Averages will be verified by the Association Manager. Rules 319-a2, 319-d and 319-e do NOT Apply.

Handicap is 100% of 175.

1st Place winner will be invited to the 2026 Awards Brunch.

The Tournament Directors will address all disputes and have final say in all rulings.

Any Rules not addressed here will follow USBC Rules.

HVUSBC will be contributing $500 towards the Tournament Prize Fund in addition to Entry Prize Fees received if 50 or more bowlers enter the Tournament.
