Please fill in the form below to register your business or organization for the Black Arts Festival Saturday July 11, 2026 from 11am to 8pm. Forms that are not completely filled out will not be accepted. Please visit blackartsfestival.org to see registered businesses. All vendor registration & fees will be due NO LATER THAN 5pm on June 1st , 2026

Terms & Conditions

All vendors will be fined for any damage to city property. No weapons or contraband allowed and a $50 Penalty fee will be enforced for noncompliance. All vendor registration & fees are due NO LATER THAN June 1st, 2026 AT 5PM. Vendor fees may be paid by money order, cashier’s check, debit/credit card or non-profit organization check. All payments are non refundable after June 1st, 2026.
Why Become A Vendor This Year:
- We generated over 5000 attendees last year
- Their attendees will have access to our retail vendors as well. So you will get the crowd benefit of two events.
- The festival is an all-day event (11am to 8pm) resulting in more exposure and customers.
- Not to mention you get to enjoy some of the best performers and artist experiences Kalamazoo has to offer.
Retail vendors:
- There are a total of 70 spots available during the festival.
- Vendors MUST sell retail goods.
- Must supply their own tent, table and chairs.
- Tents will be place on concrete and must be anchored by stakes, sandbags or some other weighted objects.
- Vendor fees include: 10 x 10 (space only).
- No display or sale of counterfeit or bootlegged merchandise.
- No MLM marketing (i.e. Avon, Mary Kay, etc)
- Set up begins at 9am and must be completed by 10:30am, no vehicles are allowed on park grounds.
- All sales must end by 8pm, with break down and removal completed and off the site by 10pm.
