Sponsorships must be submitted by Monday, March 2nd for sponsoring companies to be on printed materials. Sponsorships can still be donated after this, but companies may not be on printed materials, yet they will still be recognized online and in emails.
All funds will go towards our UMCA Workforce Development efforts, including our Masonry Family Day so we appreciate any and all sponsorships!

The Fine Print:
$125 Registration per Shooter

ALL Attendees will receive (1) Voting Ticket for Each BBQ Category!

Includes (5) Non-Shooters
*Upgrade to Shooters for $100 per person*
We will Award the following:
Best Appetizer, Best Rib, Best Brisket, and Best Dessert
BBQ Competition Rules:
1. Teams are responsible for their own Grill/Smoker, Fuel, Cooking Utensils and Supplies, Tasting Supplies for Guests, Trash Bags, etc.
2. Teams must keep their cooking area clean and organized at all times.
3. Prepare enough food to serve 35-40 Tastings.
4. Teams should plan for Sample-Size Servings, NOT Full Plates.
5. Gloves required when handling cooked food.
6. Hand Sanitizer or Handwashing Station required at each team site.
7. All grills/smokers must be stable, in good working condition, and positioned away from walkways and tents.
8. Fire Extinguisher required at EVERY cooking station.
9. Propane tanks must be secured and in good condition.
10. Ashes must be disposed of in designated metal containers only.
11. All grills/smokers need a metal pan underneath them to keep ash, coals, and grease off of the ground.
12. No dumping grease or ash on the ground.
