2026 TXM Individual Credentials Registration
ABOUT REGISTRATION

Registration is meaningful in the Church of God, serving as an expression of your individual and collective commitment to the movement. Annual registration is a statement of covenant relationship and is a requirement for all licensed and ordained ministers according to the current Credentials Manual.

By completing this form, you are registering with the state of Texas. At the end of this form, we will ask you to sign your agreement with the 2025 Church of God Credentials Manual. Please click here to download and review the manual.

Additionally, please ensure your annual registration is updated with the national office via your Atlas account. If you require assistance with this process, please contact 800-848-2464.

This form provides the Texas Ministries Credentials Committee with the necessary information to generate the 2026 annual list of ministers in good standing. This list is reported to the Church of God Ministries Office in Anderson, IN.

COST

The fee to register your individual credentials is $20.00. However, registration is free for those who have officially retired with Church of God Ministries, as a token of appreciation for your years of service to our movement.

Once you have completed this form, your state registration will be valid for one year from the date of completion.
