Pedal Tractor Pull

I am the parent or legal guardian and give my child permission to participate in the pedal tractor pull. I understand that there is a risk of injury associated with pedal tractor pulling. I will assume responsibility and care for the child in case of accident or injury, including but not limited to contusions, fractures, scrapes, cuts, bumps, paralysis, or death. The participant is physically able to participate, and I am legally competent to understand and complete this agreement. I herby execute this agreement without coercion.
