By filling out this application, you are APPLYING. If accepted, you will receive an email with a link to book your space. Spaces must be paid in full within 7 days of acceptance, or it will be released to a waitlist vendor. The application fee is non-refundable.

The Theme: Lucky Bones
Think good luck charms, green items, and fortune-telling wares with a spooky twist. Antiques, oddities, and dark arts are always welcome at Holy Bones events.
Important rules:
- Original artwork only.
- No MLM, licensed characters, fan art, or AI-generated content.
- No cultural appropriation. Research items like dreamcatchers, sugar skulls, and white sage before applying. When in doubt, leave it out.
- No real bat products. All animal remains must be ethically sourced.
- Sales tax license or concessionaire's remittance form required.
This event is PG-13. Guardians are given notice that discretion is advised as some vendors may have items with adult themes and language.

Lower Level 4’ Table: $65
Includes 4ft table and chair.
Low ceiling.
Lower Level 6’ Table: $85
Includes 6 ft table and chair.
Low ceiling.
Upper Level BYO Display: $85
Includes space for a 6 ft table or equivalent.
High ceiling.
IMPORTANT: All application and vendor fees are non-refundable.
What We Look For:
High-quality images and compelling descriptions of your work. Original artwork that fits the show's theme. Returning vendors, please show us something new!
To Apply: Submit up to 9 images of the items you’ll be bringing that fit the theme. All descriptions MUST be in the third person. These images will automatically be cropped to a square, so keep this in mind when submitting.
