In this 90-minute live, virtual workshop, students will learn how to:
- Understand why test anxiety happens (and why it’s not a knowledge problem)
- Stop second-guessing answers they actually know
- Access the information during the test that they’ve studied beforehand
- Use simple tools the night before and the morning of a test to calm nerves
- Regain focus quickly if anxiety shows up during the test
- Stay mentally steady and confident under pressure
- Create a personal, repeatable plan they can use for any test (SAT, ACT, AP exams, school tests)
Students will leave with practical strategies they can use immediately so their performance reflects their preparation — not their anxiety.
