Thursday, July 2nd - Saturday, July 4th

All food trucks should be setup by 11:00 AM each day of the celebration.

*IMPORTANT NOTICE*

No Electrical will be provided this year. No Exceptions.

Vendor Requirements:

1. Provide proof of liability insurance.

2. Must possess a State and County food license and all food should be prepared on site.

3. Must have a self-contained unit including lights, signs and electricity.
4. Must have an R.V. type generator.

5. Applicant MUST be on site all 3 days.

6. Payment of $300 due at time of application. Credit Cards or PayPal accepted. No checks.

Application Deadline:

First Come, First Serve:

Application will be shut down once food truck vendor capacity has been reached.

Food Truck Variety:

The number of vendors will be limited and we will not select duplicate vendors.

Vendor fee must be included with application.

Only online applications with payment will be accepted.

The Coon Rapids North Star Lion's are unable to provide electrical or extension cords of any kind.

Food truck registrants must have an R.V type generator.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Please note that the Coon Rapids North Star Lions Club sell water, pop, beer and ice cream novelties.

Vendors may also sell pop and water. Vendors cannot sell pizza, cotton candy, cheese curds, mini donuts, corn dogs, caramel apples or snow cones.

I, the undersigned, as an authorized representative and on behalf of the organization named below, have voluntarily agreed to participate in the Coon Rapids 4th of July Celebration Thursday, July 2nd - Saturday, July 4th.

I, the organization and the organization’s participants hereby release and discharge the City of Coon Rapids, Coon Rapids North Star Lion's Club and the Coon Rapids Community Strength Foundation, their agents, employees and officers, from all claims, demands, actions, judgements and executions that may arise from participation in the 2026 Coon Rapids 4th of July Celebration. This release includes all claims that I, the organization and the organization’s participants and their heirs, executors, or assigns may have against the City of Coon Rapids and the Coon Rapids Community Strength Foundation for all personal injuries and property damage caused by or arising out of participation in the 2026 Coon Rapids 4th of July Celebration.

I have read this release and understand all of its terms. On behalf of the organization I have also communicated the terms of this waiver agreement to the business and the business's participants. The organization agrees to indemnify and defend the City of Coon Rapids, Coon Rapids North Star Lion's Club and Coon Rapids Community Strength Foundation from any claim or cause of action arising out of the organization’s event participation. On behalf of the organization I voluntarily execute this release.
