This Membership Policy is to assure that the value of membership in Visit Long Beach is protected and enhanced so that all members may regard their membership with pride. Visit LB neither warrants nor assumes liability for the products and services of members. Visit LB reserves the right to approve or deny memberships on any basis in its sole discretion, and reserves the right to approve, refuse, or deny any of its products or services to members and non-members alike in its sole discretion. Visit Long Beach is a private, non-profit organization funded in part by membership contributions, the city’s hotel bed tax (Transit Occupancy Tax), and cooperative marketing partnerships.
Membership in Visit LB may be discontinued or suspended for any of the following reasons:
- Nonpayment
- Misrepresentation by a member of their relationship with the Bureau
Any violation of this Membership Policy will be discussed with the individual member. Membership may be cancelled at an time by either party with 30 days written notice at the sole discretion of either party.
