    Payment is required at time of registration and camper must be registered in advance. 

    Campers must be potty-trained and able to care for their bathroom needs independently. 

    Cancellation Policy:

    We understand that summer plans can change. To help us plan for staffing and supplies, our refund policy is as follows:

    • 4+ Weeks in Advance: Cancellations made 4 weeks or more prior to your camp start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee.
    • 2–4 Weeks in Advance: Cancellations made between 2 and 4 weeks prior to your camp start date are eligible for a 50% refund, minus a $50 processing fee.
    • Less Than 2 Weeks: Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the start of camp are non-refundable.

    • June Camps

      Summer fun kicks off with four straight weeks of outdoor exploration, enrichment, friendship, and adventure!

      Led by St. Mary’s Preschool Teacher Hillary Harris and Kindergarten Teacher Amanda Martin, our June camps are staffed by St. Mary’s faculty and are always a highlight of the summer. Families may register for all four weeks or choose the sessions that fit their schedule best—we can’t wait to share all the fun June has in store!

      June Camps are open to children ages 3–11.
      Campers must be potty-trained and able to manage their bathroom needs independently. Advance registration and payment are required. Camp sessions are filled on a first-come, first-paid basis.

      Monday–Friday
      9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

      Pricing
      Current SMES Students & Students enrolled for 2026-2027: $275/week
      All other campers: $290/week

      Campers will be placed in classrooms based on the grade they will enter in the fall of 2026.

      Snacks and Lunch:

      Monday through Thursday, campers will need lunch and a midday snack provided from home.

      On Fridays, only a snack from home is necessary. We will serve free pizza at lunchtime.

      Week 1: June 1-5: Gamer Week

      Power up for a week of creative play, problem-solving, and digital imagination!

      Gamer Week invites campers into a pixel-inspired world where learning meets play. Campers will explore classic and modern gaming themes through art, building challenges, coding-style thinking, music, and movement. Activities encourage logic, collaboration, and creativity while celebrating the fun of games both on-screen and off.

      From hands-on maker projects and math games to active outdoor play and imaginative storytelling, Gamer Week is a high-energy start to summer that keeps minds engaged and bodies moving.

      Week 2: June 8-12:  Storybook Week

      Where stories come alive, and imagination leads the way.

      Storybook Week immerses children in the magical world of books, fairy tales, and beloved characters. Campers will explore classic and contemporary stories through creative art projects, dramatic play, STEM challenges, and campus-wide reading experiences.

      Children will engage in author and illustrator studies, story-inspired games, and collaborative problem-solving activities — all designed to nurture a love of reading, spark their imagination, and build communication skills in joyful and playful ways.

      Week 3: June 15-19: Sports Week

      Teamwork, movement, and camaraderie! 

      Sports Week celebrates physical activity, cooperation, and perseverance. Campers will rotate through a variety of movement-based games, friendly competitions, and team challenges that promote healthy habits, sportsmanship, and confidence.

      This week combines fitness, fun, and encouragement — providing campers with opportunities to try new skills, cheer for one another, and experience the joy of active play.

      Week 4: June 22-26: Maker Week

      Create, explore, and celebrate creativity!

      Maker Week is a hands-on celebration of imagination and innovation. Campers will design, build, paint, and experiment through a variety of art, STEM, and creative engineering projects inspired by the joys of summer.

      Throughout the week, children work on collaborative and individual projects using a variety of materials and techniques. From guided art projects to open-ended making, students are encouraged to problem-solve, take creative risks, and express themselves in joyful, meaningful ways — all while developing fine motor skills, confidence, and a love for creating.

      June 29-July 3: NO Camps

      SMES will be closed this week.

      For an additional fee, your child can arrive early to settle in from 7:30-9:00 a.m. and stay and play in the afternoon from 3:00-6:00 p.m.

      Three price levels:

      • Morning Only - $65/week
      • Afternoon Only - $135/week
      • Morning and Afternoon Bundle - $190/week

      Week 5: July 6-10: Two Camps to Choose From!

      1. 3D Printing and Coding (Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.)

      2. Cheer & Tumbling (Monday-Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.)

       

      3D Printing & Coding with Mrs. Sutch:

      Time: Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

      Eligible Ages: rising 1st through 5th grade

      Cost: $275

      Capacity: 20 Students

      Campers will dive into the exciting world of technology as they create and code their own programs and games using a variety of beginner-friendly coding languages. In addition, campers will build a foundation in 3D modeling while designing and printing their very own 3D creations to take home.

      This hands-on camp encourages creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking while introducing valuable STEM skills in a fun and engaging way. 

       

      Cheer & Tumbling Camp with Mrs. Martin:

      Time: Monday-Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

      Eligible Ages: rising Preschool through 5th grade

      Cost: $440

      Campers will enjoy four days of high-energy fun while learning new tumbling skills and an exciting cheer routine! Throughout the week, participants will build confidence, coordination, and teamwork in a supportive and encouraging environment.

      Parents are invited to a special performance at the end of the week, where campers will showcase what they’ve learned.

      Please send your camper with a lunch and water bottle each day—and get ready for a week full of pep, spirit, and cheer! Price includes a t-shirt for their performance day.

       

      Week 6: July 13-16: Art Camp with Mrs. Jaggers

      (Monday-Thursday 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.)

      Eligible Ages: rising 1st through 5th grade

      Cost: $250

      Capacity: 18 Students

      Get ready to paint, draw, and create your way into a world of imagination! Each day is a brand-new adventure in color and creativity as campers explore a variety of materials, tools, and artistic techniques. From bold brushstrokes to detailed designs, young artists will have the freedom to express themselves and discover their unique artistic style.

      Come experience your creative side this summer with Mrs. Jaggers at Art Camp!

       

      Week 7: July 20-24: Cooking Camp with Mrs. Young

      (Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m - 12:00 p.m.)

      Eligible Ages: rising 1st through 5th grade

      Cost: $250

      Capacity: 8 Students

      Young chefs will roll up their sleeves for a week full of hands-on culinary fun! Campers will learn basic kitchen skills, practice safe food handling, and follow simple recipes with the guidance of an adult helper. Each day, they’ll measure, mix, and create a tasty dish—then enjoy sampling their delicious creations at the end of each session.

      This camp encourages independence, teamwork, and confidence while making learning fun (and yummy!). Please send your camper with a water bottle and an appetite for cooking, creating, and tasting!

    Medical Authorization

    Parent hereby gives their consent, on their own behalf and on behalf of the Student, to have a School nurse, emergency medical technician, physician, nurse, dentist, or other healthcare professional, and in each case their associated personnel, provide the Student with medical assistance and/or treatment and agrees to be financially responsible for the cost of such assistance and treatment. Parent understands that treatment for any injury or medical emergency will be based, at least in part, on information provided herein and on the information provided on Student’s School medical form. Parent hereby authorizes emergency transportation of the Student, at the Parent’s expense, to a healthcare facility, should an individual listed above consider it to be warranted. If, in the opinion of a properly licensed and practicing physician, Student needs medical or surgical services which require Parent’s pre-authorization or consent, Parent hereby authorizes, appoints, and empowers the School to act as Parent and furnish such consent on Parent’s behalf. Parent confirms that it is their desire that Student be furnished with such medical or surgical services as soon as reasonably possible after the need arises. Parents hereby release and hold the School harmless from any liability which might arise from the giving of such consent. Parents agree to reimburse the School for any medical expenditures made on Student’s behalf.

     

    Consent to On Site Medical Care

    Parent hereby authorizes the School to supply medical care as needed for Student (including administration of allergy medications, Epi-Pens, inhaler, insulin, etc. according to the Student’s prescription from a licensed practitioner) and other minor medical care, as determined to be appropriate by the School nurse or other appropriately trained personnel. Parents hereby release and hold the School harmless from any liability which might arise from the provision of such medical care.

    Sunscreen & Topical Application

    Parent grants permission for camp staff to assist the Student with the application of sunscreen and/or insect repellent. Parents are responsible for providing these items if their child has specific skin sensitivities.

    Behavioral Expectations & Dismissal

    The School reserves the right to dismiss any camper whose conduct is deemed detrimental to the safety or well-being of the camp environment. This includes, but is not limited to, physical aggression, running away, or persistent disruption. No refunds will be issued for campers dismissed for behavioral reasons.

    Late Pick-Up Policy

    Camp ends promptly at 3:00 PM (or 6:00 PM for BTC Extended Day). Staff are not scheduled to supervise campers beyond these times. A late fee will be assessed for pickups occurring past the scheduled end time. 

    Student Photos, Voice and Images Release

    Parent agrees to allow Student’s name, photograph, voice, video, image, and information (collectively “Information”) to be used by the School, and those acting with the School’s permission, for use in the School’s publications, promotional materials, website, and social media accounts, without compensation and without prior notice.

    Parent also consents to the recording and distribution or live streaming of Student’s voice, image and video in instruction or presentations, as may be deemed appropriate in the School’s discretion.

     

    Liability Release:

    In consideration of the acceptance of my application for Summer at St. Mary's, Parent hereby waives, releases, and discharges all claims for damages for personal injury or property damages which may hereafter occur to Student as a result of participation in this event. This release is intended to discharge in advance St. Mary’s Episcopal School and its employees and volunteers from liability even though that liability may arise out of perceived negligence on the part of persons mentioned above. It is understood that some recreational activities involve an element of risk or danger of accidents, and knowing these risks, Parent hereby assumes those risks. It is further understood and agreed that this waiver, release, and assumption of risk is to be binding on my heirs and assignees.

    Parent/Guardian Consent:

    I give consent to my child to participate in the above activities, and I execute the above liability releases on their behalf.
