Camp Rhino Registration

Welcome to Camp Rhino! Harmony School is partnering with local organizations, teachers, and community members in order to provide a full summer of new and exciting camps here in Bloomington, Indiana. We are so excited to offer a diverse variety of opportunities to youth in 1st through 8th grade (circus camp is open to high schoolers as well). We look forward to hosting children and teens from all across our local community.

Camp Rhino Details

Camp Rates:
- $300* for each week of camp selected until April 15, 2026
- $315* for each week of camp selected after April 16th, 2026
* In order to receive the Harmony Student Discount ($100 off for each camp) the camper must be currently enrolled and will be enrolling for the 26/27 school year OR be a new student enrolled for 26/27. Use the coupon code given to you by Harmony!

Did you know you have the option to pay over time with a payment plan? Break up your camp payments to make this an easier cost to bear! As you sign up for camps, there will be an option to pay in full, or to pay a $50 deposit per camp in order to hold your spot, and then pay for camp(s) in installments over the next few months (all fees due by April 15, 2026).

FAQs & Details:
- Kids bring their own lunch daily
- Camp Rhino provides 2 snacks during the day
- Camp is open to children in 1st through 8th grades (other than circus camp, which is open to high schoolers as well)
- If you have a child outside 1st - 8th grades who would like to attend, please reach out to us about exceptions. We are happy to look at creative ways to accommodate additional age groups and to help families out!
- As camp sizes grow we will potentially split into two camps, one with the older students and one with the younger students and have an additional teacher and assistant! We will contact families if their week is potentially going to fill up and split into two camps. There is the potential of the second camp either being a duplicate camp where both sections are doing the same thing, or the second camp might be unique. In that case, we will contact families and give every child the chance to choose between the two.
- Hours 9am - 4pm Monday - Friday:
  - Doors will open at 8:30 for drop off and pick up ends at 4:30
- Campers should bring:
  - A lunch
  - A water bottle
  - A backpack
  - Sunscreen
  - Shoes (for walking on field trips)
  - Items needed for individual camps (Swimsuits on field trip weeks, etc)
  - Any daily medications or emergency medications that need to be on hand (inhalers, epi pens, etc)
Refund Policy:
- In you are un-enrolling a camper the non-refundable ($50) deposit will be kept:
  - Prior to April 15, 2026, a full refund, minus deposit, will be given
  - From April 16, 2026 - May 22, 2026, a 75% refund will be given
  - After May 22, 2026, a 50% refund will be given ONLY if a camper is un-enrolled 2 weeks before their camp start date, otherwise no refund will be issued.
- If camp is canceled due to an event out of the control of Harmony School (such as: weather event, local power outage, etc.), no refund will be issued.
