    This form is for vendors who want to display and sell their wares at the Garden Club Federation of Massachusetts' Annual Meeting on Thursday, June 4, 2026 at the Doubletree by Hilton in Milford, Massachusetts.

    FEES:

    First table: $75.00 each 6 ft. covered table and chair
    One additional table: $50.00


    Vendors will provide products and all necessary materials to display the same.

    Vendors need to be set up by 8 AM the day of the meeting, teardown after lunch.

    Vendors will be in a large hallway adjacent to the meeting ballroom or nearby meeting room.


    Please Note:
    Vendor or exhibitor agrees to assume all risks of loss, damage, or personal injury.
    Storage space is limited to under the table provided.


    For the safety of everyone attending, nothing can be put in front of the table.
