Stalls selling snacks/sweets/cake/drinks will NOT be located in the food court. If you would like to be located in the food court, please select Food sales meal services (£250). If you require power, please select Food sales meal service (with power £300). You must be in the food court to have power supplied.
Please note that you will not be able to bring generators to the event. If you require power, please book a stall with power. If you have a non-generator power source or have queries, please email beestonfestival@gmail.com.

We will not be accepting bookings for ice cream vendors at this time. If you are an ice cream vendor, do not book a stall under this category. You should contact beestonfestival@gmail.com.

Your details will be stored securely online in our Google Drive folder and will be retained for 6 years for insurance purposes. You can withdraw your consent for us to use your information for marketing purposes, or ask us to amend or delete your details, by emailing beestonfestival@gmail.com. If we have any queries or issues with your stall booking, we will be in touch. Otherwise, assume your booking is confirmed once payment is made.

Each booking comes with 1 vehicle pass per pitch booked.

One pitch is 3x3 meters.

Stallholders must bring their own gazebos. They are not supplied.

No power is available at general stalls. Power will be provided for those food stalls who book and pay for power with their initial booking. If you would like to use your own power source, you must contact beestonfestival@gmail.com before confirming your stall with payment. Unauthorised power sources will not be allowed.

Tables and chairs are only provided if ordered on this form; they will be available for collection from the information point. Otherwise, you should bring all the equipment you need for the day.
