Our ministry is for Children in Kindy up to year 6, meeting every Saturday from 1-3 PM.

Parental Consent & Agreement
Please read the terms carefully, and confirm once it has been acknowledged.
- I give permission for my child(ren) to participate fully in Fersen Al-Adra at Our Lady of Lebanon Co-Cathedral, including snacks, games and leaving the grounds for example for park visits, etc.
- I understand that during Fersen every effort will be made to contact parents/guardians. In the event that I cannot be reached, I give permission for the supervising leader to seek medical help and secure proper and necessary treatment for my child.
- I give permission for photographs to be taken during committee activities and to publish the photographs and or work on parish newsletters, eparchial and parish website and the various Eparchy and Parish social media. If published, third parties would be able to view the photographs and/or work.
If you agree and click "yes" to the enrolment and photography consent below, it means that you agree that the Maronite Eparchy of Australia:
- Is able to photograph and publish photographs/work of your child as many times as it requires in the ways mentioned above.
- Your child’s photograph/work may be reproduced either in colour or in black and white.
- Your child’s photograph/work will not be used for any purpose other than for general promotion of our activities.
- Any photographs will be kept for no longer than is necessary for the abovementioned purposes and will be stored and disposed of securely.
- While every effort will be made to protect the identity of your child, the Eparchy and Parish cannot guarantee that your child will not be able to be identified from the photograph/work.

Yearly Fee
Fersen Registration is $60.00 per child per annum.

Payment will be capped at the third child within a family (E.g. if you have 4 children registering, please pay $180 - $60/child for 3 children, and the 4th child will be registered without any additional charge).
