LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE. I UNDERSTAND THAT I am undertaking this activity voluntarily and at my own risk. I understand that The Great Fitness Board Game is outdoors and proceeds in all weather, except extreme conditions as specified by Pride Fitness. I acknowledge that it involves physical exertion and carries inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to muscle strain, sprains, falls, and other physical harm, and that these risks exist even when instruction and equipment are properly provided. I confirm that I am physically fit to participate and have disclosed to Pride Fitness any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns that may affect my ability to safely take part. I understand that I am responsible for working within my own limits and should stop and inform the instructor immediately if I feel unwell, dizzy, or experience pain during a session. I release Pride Fitness, its instructors, and staff from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation. I understand that photographs or video may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes, and I consent to this unless I have notified Pride Fitness in writing otherwise.
