By submitting the application you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. No refunds for application fees will be given after submission;

2. All applicants will be assessed on their audition work and artistry, with age and training level taken into consideration;

3. Participants will be adjudicated by a professional panel consisting of both internal and external adjudicators;

4. The adjudicators decisions are final and no consultation shall be entered into;

5. All video submissions must be submitted prior to 5pm 27th February, 2026. Any late applications and submissions will not be considered;

6. Offers to join the 2026 Snow White Company will be issued within two weeks following the audition date unless otherwise stated by BTQ;

7. Some applicants will be informed and placed on a waiting list. If a company position becomes available, they may be offered that position to join the company.

8. Dancers may be offered a company position in a level other than what they applied for, based on their audition work. Dancers may also be moved up a level once the season rehearsals have commenced.

9. Intermediate dancers are required to have a minimum of 1 year training in pointe shoes at the time of auditions.
Senior dancers are required to have a minimum of 2 years training in pointe shoes at the time of auditions.

10. I confirm that I have reviewed and understand the rehearsal and performance commitments for the Regional Dancer Program, which include a combination of in-person rehearsals and performances and remote coaching. Attendance is mandatory for all scheduled in-person dates, including school holiday intensives and performance weeks. Limited absenteeism may be permitted early in the rehearsal period for ballet examinations, concerts, or select competitions, with any additional absences subject to the discretion and approval of BTQ Artistic Staff.
