Even though most are familiar with Zoom these days, we require all new Not So Big Life Workshop attendees to participate in a short (15 - 20 minutes) Zoom check-in session in the week before the workshop. The check-ins give us the opportunity to help you adjust your set-up to make sure everyone can be seen and heard clearly, which will make it easier for us all to come together as a group at the workshop and be present without having to worry about technical issues. It is not a requirement to read The Not So Big Life before attending the workshop, but Sarah highly recommends that you familiarize yourself with the material before you register. You can do this by purchasing the book and exploring The Not So Big Life page of Sarah's website. A common misconception is that these workshops are Not So Big House-related (they are not).

The Not So Big Life Notebook includes all of the Your Turns and Exercises contained in the book, plus dividers and prompts for everything Sarah asks you to keep track of in the Owner's Manual. The notebook is not a requirement to attend the workshop, but it can be helpful for those who don't have time to assemble their own notebooks while reading the book.
